Your agency creates and produces. We bring the consulting layer your client is asking you for. We sign with you and the client stays yours.

The situation

Your client asks you for a launch plan and you don't know where to start. Or a go-to-market for a new product. Or a talk track for their sales team, a demo, a training program, a playbook.

Your agency has strong creative and production capabilities, but that isn't what they're asking for. They're asking for market strategy and commercial planning. You have three options: say no and watch the client take it elsewhere, improvise it, or bring in someone who does it well without your client noticing.

How white label works

We are the layer you don't see. We work behind your agency, under your rules.

  • We sign with you. The contract is between your agency and Alocallao. Your client has no contractual relationship with us.
  • Your client stays yours. We don't contact them on our own or offer them anything outside your agency.
  • No brand. Deliverables go out under your brand or with none at all. If we attend meetings, we attend as part of your team.
  • No case citations. We don't publish the work, use it as a reference or say who we did it for.

What we handle for you

What your client is asking for and your agency doesn't have in-house:

  • Launch plans and go-to-market.
  • Positioning, segmentation and ICP.
  • Talk tracks, demos and sales presentations: the logic, not the visual production.
  • Commercial playbooks and corporate training.
  • KPI framework and measurement, so the agency can defend its work with data.

We also support you on pitches and proposals, and we can lead the strategic direction of an entire account.

What we ask of the agency

  • A single point of contact at the agency, with the ability to decide.
  • The client's brief, exactly as it reached you, and whatever data you have.
  • Access to the client when the work requires it, introduced as part of your team.
  • Execution stays yours. We design, brief and review; your agency produces.

What we don't do

We don't compete with your agency. We don't do what you do.

  • Branding and identity
  • Digital marketing, social media and media buying
  • Websites, landing pages and development
  • Production of assets, content, audiovisual work and events
  • Hiring or outsourcing of personnel
  • Campaign execution

We design it, brief it and review it. Whoever produces it today keeps producing it.

Frequently asked questions

No, unless you want to tell them. We work white label: no brand and no case citations.

Yes, when the work calls for it. We attend as part of your team and under your brand.

We don't accept it. The client belongs to the agency. We put that in writing in the contract.

Both. You can bring us a one-off assignment, such as a launch plan, or rely on us as a standing strategy layer across several accounts.

Your client asked for something you don't have.

Tell us what they asked for and by when. In the first conversation, we'll tell you how we would handle it.
