Privacy policy

• Contact email. If you write to us, through the form or directly, we process your name, your email, your company and whatever you tell us, in order to reply and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal.
• Private room for agencies. If you create a private room from the agencies page of the Spanish-language site, we process the agency name and your email to generate the page and to notify us that you have opened it.
• Scheduling. If you book a meeting, Cal.com processes the data you enter in its calendar (name, email and anything else the booking form asks for) to manage the appointment.

We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you write to us or book a meeting, and to take pre-contractual steps at your request when you ask us for a proposal.

For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to address any potential legal liabilities. If we don't end up working together, we delete your data when you ask us to or, at the latest, [PENDING: retention period to be defined] after the last contact.

With the providers we need to deliver the service, who process the data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
• Resend, which sends the notification when a private room is created.
• Cal.com, which manages meeting scheduling.
