Your agency produces well. Your clients are starting to ask for something else: launch plans, go-to-market, talk tracks, playbooks, training. We are the strategy layer that answers those requests behind your agency, in white label. We are the layer you don't see.

The problem: clients asking for plans the agency doesn't build

Many marketing agencies in Spain have a production team, stable accounts and a relationship of trust with their clients. What they don't have is a consulting layer. And more and more clients are asking for one.

The requests arrive in familiar ways:

  • We need a launch plan for the new product.
  • Can you do the go-to-market for entering another market?
  • We want talk tracks and a demo for the sales team.
  • The sales network needs training.

The agency has three options. Say no, and watch the client hire a consultancy that will end up weighing in on everything else. Improvise with the team it has, with the risk that carries for the account. Or add a strategy layer without putting it on payroll. That third option is the one we offer.

How white label works

We work behind your agency. The rules are simple and they don't change:

  1. We sign with the agency. The contract is between your agency and Alocallao. There is no contractual relationship with your client.
  2. The client stays yours. We don't poach, we don't offer services separately and we don't appear on the account unless you want us to.
  3. No Alocallao brand. Deliverables go out under your agency's brand.
  4. The case is never cited. Not on this website, not in proposals, not in conversations with third parties.

Trabajamos a lo callao (we work quietly, behind the scenes). The detail is on the page for agencies and in the strategy partner for agencies product.

What we do for your agency

We cover what your client asks for and your agency doesn't build.

Answering client requests

Go-to-market plan, multi-market launch, pricing and packaging, commercial plan, commercial playbook, talk tracks, demos and training for the client's sales team.

Support on pitches and proposals

When a pitch or a proposal calls for diagnostic and strategy, we prepare that part: market reading, strategic thesis, proposal architecture and measurement logic.

Strategic direction of the account

For large or complex accounts, we direct strategy on an ongoing basis: periodic steering committee, periodic review and replanning. Your agency keeps producing; we provide the direction.

Two layers that don't compete

We don't produce, and that is why we don't compete with your agency. We design the strategy; production and execution are done by your agency, which is what it already does well. We write the brief, set the KPI and review the result.

The client decides. We direct. Third parties execute. In this case, the third party that executes is your agency.

  • Branding and identity
  • Digital marketing, social media and media buying
  • Websites, landing pages and development
  • Production of assets, content, audiovisual work and events
  • Hiring or outsourcing of personnel
  • Campaign execution

We design it, brief it and review it. Whoever produces it today keeps producing it.

Method: the same as with companies

With agencies we apply the same three-phase method as with companies. Diagnostic before playbook. Measurement before action. Signed measurement from day one. For your client, this means work that can be defended in a steering committee, with a baseline and results against the baseline.

The practice is led by partners Marcos Castaño and Mario Pérez Lianes. Whoever runs the diagnostic directs the project to the end. We work remotely with your agency, on an agreed cadence. If your agency has clients in the Dominican Republic, we also work there: see the Dominican Republic.

    • Replanning

    Deliverable: Periodic report and committee.

When a strategy layer fits your agency

Not every agency needs one. It fits when one of these situations applies:

  • An important client asks for a launch plan, a go-to-market or a playbook, and the agency doesn't want to lose that conversation.
  • The agency loses pitches because the strategy part of the proposal is weak.
  • Clients value the production, but the relationship stays at asset-supplier level and never reaches leadership.
  • The agency wants to offer strategic planning without hiring a senior profile on payroll.

How we coordinate with your team

We work with the account lead or with the agency's leadership. At the start we define who talks to the client, which meetings we hold together and how documents are delivered. The briefs we write reach your production team with the objective, the message and the KPI for each asset. That way strategy and execution don't drift apart.

When the account moves into the strategic direction phase, we take part in the periodic steering committee with the client, in whatever role the agency has decided. We review results against the baseline, propose adjustments and the agency turns them into production. Every party knows its job, and the client sees a single point of contact: your agency.

What happens after you get in touch

  • You book a diagnostic call on Cal.com.
  • In the first meeting you tell us what your client is asking for and what role you want us to play: visible as part of your team or completely invisible.
  • If we are a fit, we send your agency a phase 1 proposal for that account.
  • Your agency decides how to present it to the client.
